FRESH FISH

Why fish from the Mediterranean?
Fishing in the Mediterranean Sea, from the point of view of the peripheral maritime regions, has a very important cultural, economic and social value. In fact, many coastal communities have lived, live and want to continue living from the sea in a context of responsible and respectful fishing, in equilibrium with the environment from which they draw their own source of sustenance.
Mediterranean fishing in general is made up of a craft fleet. These boats sail and come back in the port every day.
Regarding the capture modalities, Mediterranean fishing is characterized for its multispecificity, it is aimed at capturing many species using diversified tools and techniques. The same philosophy used for shellfish, is used for catching fish of the Mediterranean: sustainability, multispecificity and selection.
Among the Mediterranean species selected by us you can find: bluefin tuna, swordfish, snappers, yellow groupers, bream fish, scorpion fish, Saint Peter fish, sea bass, sea bream, gurnard, yellowtail, blackspot seabream, squid, sole, turbot, mullet rock fish, umbrine. You can ask for whole fish eviscerated, in fillet and in slices, our highly specialized staff will be able to satisfy your every request.
